# Logging Into Your VPS

### System Requirements <a href="#h_fb562b8ffc" id="h_fb562b8ffc"></a>

Before using LMS, confirm you meet the following requirements.

* Platform: NinjaTrader 8.1.5.0 or higher (already installed on the VPS)
* Market: Nasdaq Futures (NQ or MNQ)
* Data Feed (Separate Purchase): Rithmic (recommended) or another supported provider offering:
  * CME Level 2 Depth of Market
  * Bid/Ask volume
  * Full order flow data
* Account: Live cash account or propfirm account (Apex Trader Funding Recommended)

*Note: You do not need to install anything locally. All software is already set up inside the VPS.*

## **STEP 1. ACCESS YOUR MEMBER DASHBOARD**

*To get started, you’ll first need to access your IBLV Automated dashboard.*

*You can find this link in your welcome email titled "*&#x57;elcome to the Liquidity Mapping Suite — Your Getting Started Guide"*. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive it.*&#x20;

### If you haven’t created your account yet:

Click **“Go To Member Dashboard”** in your email or click the button below, and you’ll be taken to a login screen.&#x20;

Click "Log In" and use the same email you signed up with to create your account.

Once you do, you’ll be able to log in and access everything.

### Once your account is created:

Click **“Go To Member Dashboard”** in your email or click the button below and you’ll be taken directly to your dashboard.

#### What You’ll See in the Dashboard

Inside your dashboard, you’ll have access to:

* Profile information
* Membership portal (Manage your subscription, billing, and affiliate program.)
* LMS access options (VPS + Local NinjaTrader)
* Your license key
* Discord community access
* Quick links

## **STEP 2. OPEN THE VPS PORTAL**

To use LMS via VPS, select the option:

👉 **“Open VPS Portal”**

This will take you to your VPS portal.

## **STEP 3. LOCATE YOUR VPS CREDENTIALS**

Inside the VPS portal:

Scroll down to the section labeled:

👉 **Connection Credentials**

Here you’ll find:

* IP Address
* Username
* Password

You’ll need these to log into your VPS.

## **STEP 4. OPEN REMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION (RDC)**

*Now you’ll connect to your VPS.*

### Open the Start menu

Click on the **"Windows Start"** Icon or the **Search Bar**&#x20;

### Search for Remote Desktop Connection

Type **“Remote Desktop Connection”** or **“RDC”** in the search bar

### Open the application

Select **Remote Desktop Connection** from the results

### Shortcuts: <a href="#h_2c86a38c1e" id="h_2c86a38c1e"></a>

* **Windows 10:** Press Windows + R, type mstsc, then press Enter.
* **Windows 11:** Right-click the Start Menu → **select Run** → type **mstsc** → press Enter.

## &#x20;**STEP 5: LOG IN TO YOUR VPS**

#### **In Remote Desktop:**

### **Enter your IP Address & Expand "Show Options"**

### **Enter Username & Click Connect**

#### Optional Settings:

* Check the box for **“Allow me to save credentials”** if you want Windows to remember your login details for future sessions.

### Enter Password & Connect

**Save Password (Optional)**\
Check **"Remember Me"** to avoid entering your password again in future sessions.

**Accept Security Warning**\
If a security prompt appears, click **"Yes"** to proceed. You can optionally check **"Don't ask me again"** to skip future warnings.

#### Optional Settings:

* Check **“Remember Me”** to save your login
* If prompted, click **Yes** to continue
* You can also check **“Don’t ask me again”** to skip future warnings

### VPS Login Delay (Provisioning)

If you are unable to log into your VPS right after purchasing, it may still be provisioning.

During high-volume periods, provisioning can take up to **30 minutes**.\
On normal days, it typically takes around **2–5 minutes**.

If your VPS credentials are not working immediately, wait a few minutes and try again.

If you are still unable to log in after 30 minutes, you can then reach out to support.

## **STEP 6: ACCESS YOUR VPS DESKTOP** <a href="#h_3d4dca84b5" id="h_3d4dca84b5"></a>

*Once logged in, your VPS will open like a normal Windows computer.*

#### Important to Understand:

This is a **remote machine**, not your personal computer.

* It runs 24/7
* It stays active even if you disconnect
* Everything is already installed for you

#### What’s Already Set Up:

* NinjaTrader 8
* Liquidity Mapping Suite
* Pre-configured workspace
* Setup instructions on screen

You do not need to install anything.

## IMPORTANT TIPS

* **Do NOT** shut down the VPS
* Just close or disconnect when finished
* Keep it running for best performance
